Refund policy
At myfirstgurukul, we take great pride in creating thoughtfully designed educational flashcards, puzzles, and learning resources for children. Every product undergoes quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent resolution process.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, inserts, and accompanying materials. A valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation email, must also be provided. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at connect@myfirstgurukul.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address. To request a return, please email us at connect@myfirstgurukul.com with your Order ID, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will review the request and respond within two business days. If approved, detailed instructions regarding the return process and return address will be shared. Products returned without prior approval may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label in your email. Upon verification, my first gurukul will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. products purchased during clearance or final sale events, and any item that has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original packaging. myfirstgurukul reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received at our facility, it will be inspected within two business days. After successful verification, the refund will be approved and processed. Customers will be notified regarding the status of their refund via email.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds for prepaid orders made through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other online payment methods will be credited to the original source of payment within 5–7 business days after approval. Refunds may be processed through bank transfer or issued as myfirstgurukul store credit.
